北京城市功能“文化中心”定位下的专业规划研究——以北京劳动保障职业学院为例

Study on Specialties Planning under the Functional Positioning of Beijing as Cultural Center——Take Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security as an Example

对北京以三产服务业为主的产业结构及高职院校文科专业分布状况的分析表明,与北京"文化中心"城市功能定位相契合的"文化教育"和"艺术设计传媒"类专业具有招生就业顺畅、生源聚集效应明显、国际化交往程度较高等优势。北京劳动保障职业学院应借助行业背景,以"从摇篮到夕阳,关注人一生的文化教育和职业成长"为办学理念,对应人的幼年、青年和老年各阶段,拓展与"文化中心"相关的专业领域,形成具有关联性的"文化教育、艺术设计传媒、公共事业、休闲娱乐、老年健康与护理"等文科专业群布局。

The analysis of the industrial structure in Beijing that is centered on service sectors, and of liberal arts distribution in vocational colleges in Beijing show that specialties adaptable to functional positio ning of Beijing such as ＂Cultural education＂ and ＂Art design and media＂ have no problem with enrollment. Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security should make correlative specialty groups overall ar rangement of ＂Cultural education, Art design and media, Public affairs management, Entertainment and Aged care＂, based on industry advantage as well as educational concept of ＂caring for lifetime cultural edu cation and vocational development from cradle to setting sun＂.
