摘要
中央空调绿色节能已成为国家重点战略,变频化是提升其能效的核心手段之一。永磁直驱变频传动系统,采用高效永磁电机并省去齿轮箱,相比既有异步变频系统,其提升传动效率和功率密度的同时降低了噪声;正引发全球中央空调变频传动系统技术变革。本文在分析既有异步传动系统基础上提出了一种新型的高速永磁直驱变频传动系统,对其拓扑结构、高效永磁电机设计、高速永磁电机控制、PWM整流控制、高效制冷剂散热等关键技术开展研究,试验结果验证本文所提出的永磁变频传动系统的先进性。
Energy conservation of central air-conditioning has become a key national strategy, and the use of VFD(Variable Frequency Drive) is one of the key measures to im- prove energy efficiency. The PMSM-VFD System, which using PMSM and eliminating gear box, comparing to the existing asynchronous VFD system, can enhance the transmission efficiency and power density, and reduce the noise simultaneously; The PMSM-VFD System is triggering the revolution of Central air-conditioning VFD technology in global scale. Basing on the analysis of both advantages and disadvantages of asynchronous VFD system, This paper presents a new high speed PMSM-VFD system, and carries on a series key study about topology structure, design method of high efficiency PMSM, control method of high speed PMSM, PWM rectifier, refrigerant heat radiation technology, etc. The test result proves that the proposed PMSM-VFD system is advanced.
