摘要 针对螺杆式压缩机接触器粘连现象,初步判定故障原因,通过建立电机模型和外电路耦合的方法,仿真分析电机在电源缺相、绕组缺相、绕组匝间短路、绕组相间短路情况下的三相电流不平衡现象,找出接触器粘连、电机烧毁的根本原因。 According to the contactor adhesion phenomenon of screw compressor, the cause of the fault is tentatively determined. Through the establishment of the motor model and external circuit coupling method, the simulation analysis on the three-phase current unbalance under the condition of power phase loss, winding phase loss, short-circuit be- tween the winding, and phase-to-phase short-circuit is conducted, so as to find the root cause of contactor adhesion and motor burnout.
