焊接内螺纹铜管与拉拔内螺纹铜管性能对比

摘要 对焊接内螺纹铜管与拉拔内螺纹铜管的主要区别进行阐述,分析2种工艺在原材料、成型方法、有无焊缝等方面的差别。结果表明,焊接内螺纹管的优点是换热效率高,管内残油含量较低,缺点是焊缝的存在增加了泄漏的风险,这是导致焊接内螺纹铜管被拉拔内螺纹铜管替代的重要原因。 The main differences between the welding inner-grooved copper tube and drawing inner-grooved copper tube are introduced. These two kinds of copper tubes are different at the aspects of raw material, shaping groove method, and seamed tube or seamless tube. The results show that the welding inner-grooved tube has higher heat ex- change efficiency and lower oil content inside the tubes, but its leakage risk rises because of welding seam. Thus this is the main reason that the welding inner-grooved tubes are re- placed by drawing inner-grooved copper tubes.
