摘要
文章运用人力资源管理学等相关理论和分析方法,对机械制造业员工激励制度认同现状进行调研,分别从工作相关因素、考核相关因素、薪酬福利相关因素、成长发展相关因素、企业文化相关因素这五个方面进行分析,最后针对激励制度存在的问题,提出了深化机械制造业员工激励要素的对策和建议。
In this paper, human resource management and other related theories and analytical methods are used to make a survey on the current situation of employee recognition in incentive system of mechanical manufacturing enterprises. Five factors are examined: work related factors, appraisal related incentives, salaries and benefits related incentives, employee improvement and development, corporate culture related factors. Based on the problems discovered from the survey, countermeasures and advices are put forward in last part of the thesis.
