“资助-育人”并举的高校学生精准资助工作之思考 被引量:4

摘要 现行高校学生资助工作存在一些问题,如宣传不到位、认定程序不严谨、资助方式单一、缺乏育人功能等,因而急需改进。本文从三方面进行入手,第一、构建高校家庭经济困难学生认定指标体系进行精准识别;第二、了解学生差异化需求进行精准资助;第三、进行全程全方位的教育,培养学生自立、自强、自信的品质,构建了高校科学长效的学生资助工作模式,有助于实现贫困生的精准资助。 There are some problems in current College Students’ Precise Funding Work, such as inadequate propaganda, imprecise identification procedures, a single way of funding, funding without educating, and so on. This paper starts from three aspects: first, to construct an accurate identification index system; second, to understand students' differentiated needs for accurate funding; third, to carry out an all-round and long-lasting education for students’ qualities like independence, self-improvement, and confidence, to construct a long-term scientific student funding system in Colleges and Universities, and to help achieve precise funding for poor students.
