摘要
分析了采用叠氮化钠气体发生剂的高低压燃气腔释放子弹的过程,建立了子弹释放机构的内弹道模型,利用数值计算方法,获取了燃气腔压力、子弹速度和子弹释放过载等内弹道性能曲线。通过地面释放原理试验,验证了数值计算结果,为释放机构设计提供了理论依据。
This article explains the process that how bullets are released by high and low pressure gas chamber,thereby the interior ballistic model of the bullet releasing mechanism is established. By using the method of numerical calculation,the ballistic performance parameters,such as the gas pressure,the bullet velocity and bullet acceleration are determined,and the calculation results are analyzed. The principle experiment of ground release is carried out,and the results of numerical calculation are verified,which provides theoretical basis for the design of the releasing mechanism.
