Target damage effect assessment plays a key role in the protection of precision strike target and combat intelligence,and it is the key process of the modern precision strike system. This paper introduces the current research progress of target damage assessment technology from the methods,models and evaluation systems of damage assessment,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the current assessment methods,evaluation models and evaluation systems. Finally,the progress of target damage assessment is forecasted.
