复杂装备系统组合维修研究现状综述

Review of Group Maintenance in the Complex Equipment

对于部件之间存在维修相关性的复杂装备,组合维修是提高维修效率的有效手段。在单部件维修决策研究基础上,详细分析了复杂装备系统部件间存在的经济相关性、故障相关性和结构相关性及其研究现状,分析了预防性维修工作组合维修策略和机会维修策略,并对相关的维修决策模型进行了简要介绍,为加快我军装备维修保障建设提供借鉴。

For the complex equipment which has maintenance dependency,group maintenance is a valid method to improve maintenance efficiency. On the basis of single-component maintenance strategy,the paper analyzed economic dependency,stochastic dependency and structural dependency in the complex equipment. The paper also introduces the decision-making model of preventive combination maintenance and opportunistic maintenance,which can provide reference for maintenance support construction in the army.
