摘要 以高压涡轮叶片为研究对象,在设计和非设计攻角下分析了不同半径圆弧形前缘和不同长短轴比椭圆型前缘对高压涡轮气动性能的影响。研究表明,在设计状态下前缘形状的影响较小,而在非设计工况下,前缘影响的显著性凸显。椭圆型前缘能在较宽的攻角范围内保持较优越的性能。结合作者前期的研究结果表明,高压涡轮叶片相比与低压涡轮叶片和压气机叶片对前缘形状的变化不敏感,大量的关于前缘的设计、加工、维护应该更加侧重于低压涡轮和压气机叶片。 The influence of vary leading edge shape is not be ignored. The high pressure turbine blade was invested both in design condition and off design condition. Two groups of leading edge shape were studied,ND one is circle leading edge with different radius,while the other is ellipse with different Long and short axis ratio. The study indicates that the leading edge shape have less influence on high pressure turbine while at design conditions. The influence will become significantly while at off design condition. The ellipse leading edge have low aerodynamic loss compared to other leading edge shapes. The paper also indicated that compared to low pressure turbine blade and compressor blade,the high pressure blade is less sensitive to leading edge shape combined to the previous research results. More attention should be paid to compressor and low pressure turbine blade leading edge when designing,machining and repairing.
