摘要
文章基于北斗短报文通信技术设计了一套海洋石油平台气象站数据传输和共享系统,并在设计气象站通信协议基础上,提出了两种北斗通信方案,经过实验最终选择终端中转通信方案更适合在石油平台气象站运行,并成功应用在天津市气象局新建的14套海洋石油平台气象站中。
Based on Beidou short-message communication,this paper designs a system in data transfer and sharing for weather stations built on sea oil platform.On the process of designing communication protocol,it presents two schemes for Beidou satellite communication.After experiments,it finds that the terminal transit communication protocol is more suitable for weather station built on oil platform.And the terminal transit communication protocol has been successfully used in 14 new weather stations built on sea oil platform by Tianjin Meteorological Bureau.
