Evaluation on operation monitoring business informatization of meteorological integrated observation system

文章基于气象综合观测系统运行监控平台,从业务的工作、流程和管理三方面对运行监控业务信息化的能力和水平进行了评估。根据评估内容,给出了业务各环节的信息功能实现度和满足度定性评价,经定义转化成定量值,以便于对信息化建设年度变化的分析,更加准确客观地对评估业务信息化建设进行探索和研究。

Based on the operational monitoring platform of meteorological integrated observation system,this paper evaluates the ability and level of operation monitoring business informatization in the following three aspects of operational work,processes and management.According to the evaluation content,the qualitative evaluation towards realization and satisfaction degree in every segments of message function is given out.Then,convert it into quantitative values according to some definition and regulation,in order to facilitate the annual variation analysis on monitoring business informatization construction,and more accurately and objectively exploring and studying business informatization evaluation.
