遵义市城区初中大课间体育活动的现状及发展对策研究

Present Situation and Countermeasure Research on Sport Activities in Junior Middle School Big Break in Urban Zunyi City

本文从遵义市城区初中大课间体育活动的开展现状着手进行分析,运用文献资料法、实地观察法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法对遵义市城区初中大课间体育活动的开展状况、每天活动时间与活动次数、活动开展的器材与经费情况、活动开展内容等方面进行系统分析,通过对数据进行分析与讨论,得出结论,针对大课间体育活动在实施过程中存在的问题提出了相应的对策,为遵义市城区初中更好地开展大课间体育活动提出建议,以期为遵义市城区初中大课间活动开展效果的提升起到一定的作用。

Using literature, observation, expert interview and questionnaire methods, this paper illustrates the situation, daily activity time and the number of activities, facility and budget, as well contents of middle school sports activities during the big break in urban Zunyi City. Based on the analysis and discussion on the data, conclusions are made, countermeasures are provided, suggestions offered for the better execution of sport activities in the big break. The aim is to promote the effect of sport activities in the big break.
