摘要
文章采用文献资料法,基于核心素养提升的高校体育教学设计展开研究。主要结论:以核心素养提升为出发点和目标的高校体育教学,有助于培养学生的个性化创新能力、社会体育参与能力与职业体育组织能力。以模拟比赛、传统体育传承、个性化体育方式创新为教学设计内容,能让学生在教学设计参与、日常运动参与与创新参与中,不断提高个人的协调能力、组织能力、适应能力与创新能力,为其未来的职业发展助力。
By using the method of literature, this paper studies the physical education design of colleges and universities based on the promotion of core literacy. The main conclusion is that the college physical education teaching with the core literacy as its starting point and the goal is helpful to cultivate the students individualized innovation ability, social sports participation ability and professional sports organization ability. The use of simulated competition, traditional sports inheritance, individualized sports mode innovation as teaching design content can let students participate in teaching design, daily sports participation and innovation participation, which could constantly improve the ability of individual coordination, organization, adaptability and innovation to help their future career development.
