摘要
心理健康是身体健康的精神支柱,身体健康是心理健康的物质基础。篮球运动既能保证心理健康,同时对心理素质也有良好的促进作用。此次研究运用对比法、问卷调查法、查阅资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法证明,通过长期坚持篮球运动能够有助于人克服焦虑紧张情绪提升个人的视觉范围,提升个人的注意力,从而养成果断、沉稳、冷静的优秀品质,提升个人的社会适应能力。通过长期篮球运动能提升一个人顽强拼搏、勇于进取的意志品质,从而在生活工作中养成锐意进取、敢于反抗、勇于创新的优秀品质,间接地改良我国的国民性,从而使中华民族更自立、自强、自信地屹立于世界的民族之林。
Mental health is the spiritual basis of physical health, and physical health material is the material basis of mental health. Basketball can guarantee mental health and protnote psychological quality. It is proved through comparison method, questionnaire survey, literature and logic analysis method that long - term basketball can help people to overcome nerves emotions, enhance visual view, improve social adaptability, so as to develop a decisive, calm, cool personality and protnote social adaptation abilities. Long - term basketball exercise could also lead to built a strong personality, which will be very helpful in daily life and work to indirectly improve the characteristics of Chinese people, so as to make the Chinese nation a more self - reliance, self - improvement and self -eolffidently nation worldwide.
