文章采用文献分析和逻辑分析等多种方法,分析在当前校园足球深入发展的背景下,山西省校园足球供给侧与需求侧之间的矛盾,提出校园足球公共服务体系,并对山西省校园足球公共服务供给侧改革进行分析,提出建议。结论:山西省校园足球公共服务尚处于起步探索阶段,供给方式单一,供给范围有限;要坚持供给侧改革,由政府单一主体直接供给向政府、企业和非营利性社会体育组织多元主体转变;正确处理政府与市场、社会间的关系,厘清供给权限与范围,创新供给路径,共同推动校园足球公共服务供给侧改革,促进校园足球发展。

Using methods such as literature analysis and logical analysis, the paper analyzes the contradiction between the supply side and demand side of campus football in Shanxi Province under the current campus football development background, and puts forward campus football public service system. It also illustrates campus football public service supply side reform in Shanxi Province, and puts forward suggestions. Conclusion： the public service of football in Shared Province is still in the initial stage of exploration, the supply mode is single and the supply scope is limited. Therefore, the supply - side reform should be insisted to change from the direct supply of government to multiple subjects including the government, enterprises and non- profit organizations; to correctly handle the relationship between government, market and society, clarify the supply authority and scope, and innovate supply path in order to jointly promote the campus football reform of public service supply side, and to promote the development of campus football.
