加强实验室安全与管理

Strengthening the Security and Management of the Laboratory

随着大学体制改革的不断深入,人们对实验室安全与管理的要求也越来越高,而实验室作为学生和教师工作的场所,实验安全方面的技术、制度、人才、管理支撑必须得到加强。论文结合上海大学实验设备处分管的各个实验室实际情况,对加强实验室安全管理包括体系管理、人员管理、安全,信息工作等方面进行了探讨。

With the deepening of the reform of the university system, people＇s requirements on laboratory security and management are also becoming higher and higher. The laboratory is a place for students and teachers to work, the technology, system, talents and management support for the experimental safety must be strengthened. Combined with the actual situation of each laboratory in charge of the laboratory equipment department of Shanghai University, the paper discusses the strengthen of the security management of the laboratory from the aspects of system management, personnel management, safety and information work and so on.
