关于建筑工程管理中BI M的有效运用分析

Analysis on the Effective Application of BIM in Construction Engineering Management

随着我国经济建设的突飞猛进,建筑行业及周边产业也逐步提升。其中,最为关键的是BIM技术的应用与现场施工管理,二者都对整体建筑工程的质量与进度起到决定性的重要影响。论文对BIM技术在工程管理中的有效应用进行了具体分析,侧重分析了BIM技术的特点与作用,并提出相应的优化对策,为日后我国建筑行业的稳步发展奠定坚实基础。

With the rapid development of China＇s economic construction, the construction industry and its surrounding industries have also been gradually upgraded. Among them, the application of BIM technology and site construction management are the most critical, both of which play a decisive and important role in the quality and progress of the overall construction project. The paper analyzes the effective application of BIM technology in engineering management in detail, and mainly analyzes the characteristics and function of BIM technology, and puts forward corresponding optimization measures, so as to lay a solid foundation forthe steady development of the construction industry.
