The paper chooses the ＂school district housing fever＂ as the topic, which is of high attention under the times environment. Combined with the existing domestic research literature and the investigation and interview- of Nanjing school district housing, this paper systematically arranges the present situation and causes of the school district housing fever, and puts forward some clear mitigation measures. As a student with social responsibility, it is hopedthat this abnormal phenomenon can be effectively relieved before it has a greater negative impact onthe family, society, education development and so on.
