社会发展的主体在于人,目的归于人,人的一切自由而全面的发展则是社会的最终目的。自然成就人也束缚人,要实现人的自由全面发展,离不开人与自然的和谐相处,离不开绿色发展。新时代要实现绿色发展路径,在于增强人的生态意识,就是人回归到生态人的主体意识。增强生态人的绿色发展主体意识,应从道德、经济、教育、法律层面上加以培育。

The main body of the social development is human beings, and the purpose of which is for human beings. The all free and comprehensive development of human beings is the ultimate goal. The nature improves and restrains the human beings. Realizing the free and comprehensive development of human beings can not be separated from the harmony between man and nature and the green development. In order to strengthen the main body consciousness of the ecological man for green development, we need to cultivate it from the aspects of morality, economy, education and law.
