浅谈流线化生产线布局的精益改造构思

Discussion on the Lean Transformation Conception of the Layout of Streamlined Production Lines

着眼未来智能化生产发展的需求,以提升制造车间整体生产能力、实现精益生产为目标,以现行生产模式不合理、生产效率低、产品一致性差等问题为切入点,通过对产品生产工艺流程,生产节拍、工位确定,产线布局等流线化生产工艺优化设计,实施产品流线化生产工艺模式,努力打造一条符合精益生产模式的装配生产线,从而建立一套符合工厂生产特点的精益生产管理体系。

In view of the demand of the intelligent production and development in the future, we take the improvement of the overall production capacity of the manufacturing workshop and realize the lean production as the goal, and the problems, such as the current production mode is unreasonable, the production efficiency is low, and the product consistency is poor, as the starting point. Through the optimization design of the streamlined production process, such as the product production process, production rhythm, location determination, production line layout and so on, the streamlined production process model of products is implemented. We strive to create a lean production mode in line with the assembly line, so as to establish a set oflean production management system in line with the production characteristics of the factory.
