浅谈火电厂脱硫超低排放改造技术

摘要 面对日益严峻的环保要求,现运行的脱硫技术根本无法满足污染物排放要求,超低排放改造事业发展如火如荼。在石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺超低排放改造过程中,采用湿式电除尘、单塔一体化超低排放改造技术、单塔双区高效脱硫除尘技术等可完全满足污染物达标排放的要求,论文主要对以上三种技术的原理及优缺点进行分析。 In the face of the increasingly severe environmental requirements, the existing desulfurization technology can not meet the emission requirements of pollutants at all. The development of the ultra low- emission transformation industry is developing vigorously. In the ultra low emission transformation of the limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization, the discharge requirements of pollutants can be fullymet by adopting wet electrostatic precipitator, single tower integrated ultra low- emission transformation technology, high efficiency desulfurization and dust removal technology with single tower and two zones. The paper mainly analyzes the principles, advantages and disadvantages of the above three technologies.
