我们党必须始终坚持以人民为中心和坚持人民主体地位永不动摇为核心内容的人民观,这是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,也是习近平总书记在坚持马克思主义唯物史观基础上所作出的新论断。新时代习近平人民观的产生有其深厚的历史渊源、理论来源、现实依据和"五位一体"的科学内涵。习近平总书记在把马克思主义唯物史观基本原理和我国实际情况相结合的基础上,提出了新时代人民观新理念,它主要有三个层面的时代意义:一是有利于丰富和发展马克思主义的理论宝库,为它在新时代中国的发展开辟了更加广阔的舞台;二是有利于推动我国经济社会发展不断取得新成就,争取早日建成全面小康社会;三是有利于调动广大人民建设社会主义中国的积极性、主动性和创造性,最终实现以国家富强、民族复兴和人民幸福为核心内涵的中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward clearly in the report of the 19th National Congress of CPC that our Party has to insist on People-centered and adhere to the status of people, which is the central conclusion of people conception, which much consists of Xi Jinping＇s New Era Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and also is a new assertion made by General Secretary Xi Jinping by adhering to Marxist materialist conception of history. Xi＇s New Era People Conception has its own historical, theoretical and realistic basis. General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed a new concept of the people＇s concept of the new era based on the combination of Marxist materialist concept of history with China＇s real situation. This new concept has three hierarchies of significance： First, it is conducive to enriching and developing the historical materialism of Marxism. Second, it is conducive to the continuous achievement of social development in China. Third, it is conducive to the realization of the Chinese nation＇s great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream and the decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
