摘要
在"互联网+"和高等教育向普及化方向发展的背景下,高校创业教育备受社会各界关注。从教练技术的视角探讨了教练技术对于大学生创业主体意识与潜能的唤醒作用,文章分析了教练技术可由内向外来激发创业大学生的成长动力,提出了教练技术融入高校创业教育校本实践的GROW模型。
In the context of the development of "Internet +" and higher education in the direction of popularization, entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has drawn much attention from all sectors of society. This paper discusses the awakening effect of coaching technology on college students' entrepreneurial subjective consciousness and potential from the perspective of coaching technique. It analyzes that coaching technique can motivate the growth of entrepreneurial college students from inside to outside and puts forward the GROW model of incorporating coaching into the school-based practice of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
