产教融合视域下的本科翻译专业教学改革探索

全球化趋势下市场对应用型翻译人才的需求不断攀升,传统翻译人才培养模式已很难满足时代要求,进行产教融合的人才培养教学改革势在必行。文章论述了翻译本科专业人才培养现状及存在的主要问题,提出教学改革要实现课程设置与能力培养、实训内容与生产实际的对接,构建多元教学评价体系,培养"双能型"师资队伍,通过校企合作、产教融合切实提高人才培养质量。

The growing trend of globalization has created more demands for applied translation talents while the traditional talents training mode fails to keep the pace, so it is essential to conduct industry existed in integration in talents training and teaching innovation. This thesis discusses the main problems BTI talents training and puts forward several strategies such as combining curriculum provision and ability training, integrating practical training and production, establishing polycomponent teaching evaluation system etc. for improving talent training quality.
