自拟厌食方治疗小儿厌食症临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on self-prepared infantile anorexia prescription for infantile anorexia

目的探讨小儿厌食症的治疗方法及疗效。方法选择2015-11月~2017-11延安市中医医院门诊小儿厌食症患儿60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例。治疗组采用自拟厌食方口服,对照组采用醒脾养儿颗粒常规治疗方法。统计两组总有效率、总显效率,并进行比较。结果两组总有效率无显著差异,但是治疗组治疗显效率显著高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论自拟厌食方显著提高显效率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe clinical therapeutic effect ofself-prepared infantile anorexia prescription for infantile anorexia.Methods Sixtychildren with anorexia from November 2015 to November 2017were randomly divided into treatment group and control groupwith 30 cases each.Treatment group were treated withself-prepared infantile anorexia prescription, and control group were treated withconventional therapy.The total effective and total effective rates of the two groups were compared by statistical Methods.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups, but the effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The anorexia prescription can significantly improve the markedly effective rate, and is worthy of clinical application.
