肿瘤标志物联合检测在肺癌诊断中的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨四种血清肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)检测在肺癌患者诊断中的临床应用。方法选取30例经病理确诊为肺癌患者(肺癌组)和40例同期健康体检者(对照组)为研究对象,采用电化学发光法分别检测血清中CEA、CA125、NSE、CYFRA21-1的水平,比较分析四种血清学肿瘤标志物在肺癌临床诊断中的意义。结果肺癌组患者血清CEA、CA125、NSE和CYFRA21-1水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 4项肿瘤标志物联合检测敏感性高于单项检测,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论血清CEA、CAl25、CYFRA21-1和NSE联合用于肺癌诊断在单项检测高特异性的基础上提高了准确性和敏感性,对肺癌的早期鉴别诊断具有重要意义。 Objective To study the clinical application of carcino embryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125), neuron specific enolase (NSE) and cytokeratin fragment antigen 19 (CYFRA21-1) in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 30 patients with lung cancer (lung cancer group) and 40 healthy subjects (control group) were selected for the study. The levels of CEA, CA125, NSE and CYFRA 21-1 in serum were detected and the application of four tumor markers in the clinical diagnosis of lung cancer were compared and analyzed. Results Serum CEA, CA125, NSE and CYFRA 21-1 in lung cancer group were all higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The sensitivity of combined detection of four tumor markers was higher than that of single item detection, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The combination of serum CEA, CAl25, CYFRA 21-1 and NSE can improve the accuracy of lung cancer diagnosis, which is of great significance for early differential diagnosis of lung cancer.
