中药足浴结合硫辛酸注射液治疗气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

Clinical observation on treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis by combination of chinese medicine foot bath and lipoic acid injection

目的观察中药足浴结合硫辛酸注射液治疗气虚血瘀型的2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取2015-08~2017-03在延安市中医医院就诊的气虚血瘀型2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者70例,随机分为两组,治疗组35例为中药足浴法结合硫辛酸静脉滴注;对照组35例为硫辛酸注射液静脉滴注,1个疗程后(14 d)观察临床疗效。结果治疗组临床症状(疼痛、麻木、乏力、感觉减退)及神经传导速度、远端感觉阈值的改善明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中药足浴结合硫辛酸注射液治疗气虚血瘀型的2型糖尿病周围神经病变有明显的疗效,无不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with lipoic acid injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods Seventy patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy who were treated in Yan＆apos;an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath combined with lipoic acid. Intravenous infusion; 35 patients in the control group received intravenous infusion of lipoic acid injection, and after 1 course of treatment （14 days）, the clinical efficacy was observed. Results The clinical symptoms （pain, numbness, fatigue, hypoesthesia）, nerve conduction velocity, and distal sensory threshold were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine foot bath method combined with lipoic acid injection has obvious curative effect on the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy with qi deficiency and blood stasis type. There is no adverse reaction and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
