摘要
本文综述了苯丙酮酸的合成方法 :α-乙酰氨基肉桂酸水解法、乙内酰脲与苯甲醛合成法、海因法和双羰基化法 ,其中详述了双羰基化合成苯丙酮酸的方法 .
Some kinds of synthetic methods of phenylpyruvic acid are introduced in this article,such as the hydrolyzation of α acetamido cinnamic acid;the synthesis of glycolylurea and benzaldehyde;the alkaline hydrolysis of hydantoin;double carbonylation.And double carbonylation is illustrated in detail.The synthetic prospect of phenylpyruvic acid is also probed.
