基于六西格玛方法在京唐高炉降低燃料比应用分析

摘要 以六西格玛管理理念为基础,通过详细流程图分析、CE矩阵以及FMEA分析,确定影响京唐5500m^3高炉燃料比的主要因子.在此基础上通过时间对应法,对影响燃料比的主要因子进行历史数据收集,利用Minitab软件进行回归分析最终确定影响燃料比的关键因子焦炭粒度、风量、矿批、中心焦角度以及中心焦圈数,最终根据响应优化器确定关键因子控制范围,以此为基础对现场实际生产提供参考,在降低高炉燃料比方面取得良好效果. Based on six sigma management, the main factors of influencing the fuel ratio in jingtang blast furnace, were ascertained through a detailed flow chart analysis, CE Matrix and FMEA analysis in the article, for which historical data with the corresponding time was collected. Then, the key factors such as granularity of coke,blast volume, ore batch, the angle and rings of center coke were further ascertained through regression analysis with minitab. Finally, the control range of the key factors was ascertained according to response optimizer in minitab,referring for the production. Meanwhile, good result was achieved in reducing the fuel ratio of blast furnace.
