摘要
介绍了纯电动车电池壳钢的拉深成形过程,分析了成形过程中的组织演变行为,研究发现:拉深过程中,电池壳壁高度方向上的变形是不均匀分布的,组织演变行为是晶界滑动、晶粒塑性变形协调作用的结果.
This paper introduced the drawing and forming process of the battery shell, then analyzed the microstructure evolution behavior of the process. Results shows that, the strain distribution of the battery shell wall is not uniform, the plastic deformation of the grains and the sliding of the grain boundaries simultaneously caused the microstructure evolution in the forming process.
