堆焊壁衬板创新工艺探索与运用

摘要 为降低堆焊壁衬板生产成本,方大特钢利用公司每年因工艺改造、设备检修、隐患排查等会拆除出大量旧管道,以及公司所属建安公司现场的LH-3型立柱自动焊接操作机闲置期较长的特点,探索工艺改革创新,实现废旧钢管旋转式自动宽焊道堆焊/切割壁衬板加工技术,较原有加工技术,其加工效率提升3.5倍,加工成本降低60%. In order to reduce the production cost of surfacing wall liner, the company will dismantle a large number of old pipelines every year due to technological transformation, equipment maintenance, hidden trouble checking and so on, as well as the long idle period of LH-3 column automatic welding machine of Construction and installation company, explore the technological reform and innovation, realize the scrap steel pipe rotary automatic wide. Weld surfacing/cutting wall liner processing technology, compared with the original processing technology, its processing efficiency increased by 3.5 times, processing costs reduced by 60%.
