摘要
柳钢生产的82B盘条在放线、机械剥壳及拉拔第1、2道次时出现频繁断裂现象,利用光学显微镜、显微硬度计和扫描电镜对断裂试样的断口形貌和组织进行了分析.结果表明,盘条母材表面机械损伤缺陷及拉拔润滑不良是造成断裂的主要原因.经过采取相应的改进措施后,盘条断裂频率显著降低.
82B wire rod produced by Liugang occurred Frequently fracture during mechanical shelled and drawed at the first and second passes of wire laying,. The fracture morphology and microstructure of the fracture sample were analyzed by optical microscope, microhardness tester and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the main causes of fracture are the surface mechanical damage defects and poor drawing lubrication. After taking corresponding improvement measures, the fracture frequency of wire rod decreases significantly.
