摘要
本文采用柱层析技术对兰花蕉内生真菌OC42的提取物进行分离纯化,运用核磁共振、质谱等波谱解析手段对其化学结构进行鉴定。结果显示,从OC42中分离得到4个化合物,分别鉴定为22-三烯过氧麦角固醇(1)、(22E,24S)-6,22-二烯过氧麦角固醇(2)、麦角甾醇(3)、(22E,24S)-啤酒甾醇(4)。且这4个化合物均首次从兰花蕉内生真菌中分离得到。
The endophytic fungus OC42 extracts were isolated and purified by using column chromatography,and the structures of compounds were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectra and mass spectrometry. The results indicated that four compounds were isolated, which were identified as Pinellic acid 22-trien-3β-ol (1),(22E,24S)-5α,8α-epidioxy-cholesta-6,22-dien -3β-ol (2), Ergosterol (3), (22Z,24S) -cerevisterol (4)., and Compound 1~4 were isolated from Orchidantha N. Chinensis T. L. Wu. for the first time.
