摘要
以富营养湖泊底泥作为菌种来源,从中分离纯化出溶藻菌,并将溶藻菌和铜绿微囊藻藻液混合培养,考察其抑藻效果,结果表明,抑藻率最高可达46.7%。让所得菌株以聚合氯化铝(PAC)为载体制备溶藻菌菌剂,研究菌剂投加量、pH值对藻去除率的影响,结果表明,当菌剂投加量为10 mg/L时,叶绿素a去除率达到83.4%,pH在7~8范围内的时候除藻降浊效果最好,去除率达到90%以上。
Eutrophic lake sediment was used as the source of strains to isolate and purify the algae-lysing bacteria. Algae-lysing bacteria and Microcystis aeruginosa were mixed and cultured. After cultivating for a period of time, chlorophyll-a was measured and the rate of inhibition of algae was 46.68 %. A group of algae-lysing bacteria with the best effect of algae-lysing was used to prepare the algicidal bacteria agent using polyaluminum chloride (PAC) as a carrier. The effect of the dosage of dosing agent and the pH value on the removal rate of algae was examined. The results showed that the removal rate of chlorophyll-a reached a maximum of 83.4 % when the inoculum dosage was 10 mg/L; When the pH was in the range of 7~8, the effect of removing algae and turbidity was best. The removal rate of Microcystis aeruginosa reached more than 90%.
