摘要
以椰壳活性碳作为碳基催化剂,通过电催化氧化,在三维电极反应器中对甲基橙模拟废水进行处理,通过脱色率评价有机物分解效果。对催化剂进行了优选,研究了工作电压、空气通入量、处理时间、废水pH值等参数对甲基橙分解的影响。实验结果表明Zn、Fe二元修饰的碳基催化剂具有最好的催化活性,在电压为20V、空气通入量为0.2L/min、pH值为5、处理时间为60min时,脱色率最高达到了97.7%。
Methyl orange wastewater was decomposed by electrocatalytic oxidation in a three-dimensional electrode reactor, using cocoanut activated charcoal as electrocatalyst, and the decolorization rate was used to estimate the decomposition effect of the organics. The optimal catalyst has been sorted out. The influences of working voltage, air flow rate, processing time, and pH value on the decolorization rate were studied respectively. It was demonstrated that the Zn, Fe Bi-modified carbon based catalyst possess the best catalytic activity. The highest decolorization rate reached 97.7% when the working voltage was 20V, air flow rate was 0.2 L/min, processing time was 60 min, and pH value was 5.
