摘要 采用TGA、DSC、FTIR、GC-MS、HPLC等对可用于生产高导热石墨膜的典型进口PI膜的的力学性能、热物性及主体成分构成进行剖析。研究结果表明,进口石墨化用PI基力学性能优异,无机填料及灰分含量低,由苯四甲酸二酐和二氨基二苯醚和第三单体的共聚物制备而成,二氨基二苯醚的摩尔含量在5%以内,且其含量对PI膜的力学性能影响明显。 TGA, DSC, FTIR, GC-MS, HPLC, etc. were used to analyze the mechanical properties, thermal properties and bulk composition of typical imported PI films that can be used to produce high thermal conductivity graphite films. The results showed that the mechanical properties of imported graphitized PI were excellent, and the inorganic filler and ash content were low. It was prepared from the copolymer of phenylenetetrahydride, diaminodiphenyl ether and the third monomer. The molar content of diaminodiphenyl ether was less than 5%, and the content of diaminodiphenyl ether had an obvious effect on the mechanical properties of PI film.
