摘要
运用单因素实验,优选提取红曲中洛伐他汀的工艺参数,确立了提取洛伐他汀的最佳工艺条件:料液比为1:50,72%乙醇作为提取溶剂,提取时间为2.5h,提取率达到85.9%以上。
Using the single-factor experiment, the process parameters of the extraction of lovastatin in red koji were optimized, and the optimal process conditions for the extraction of lovastatin were established： the material/liquid ratio was 1：50, 72% ethanol was used as the extraction solvent, the extraction time was 2.5h, and the extraction rate was over 85.9%.
