摘要
采用高效厌氧反应+高塔好氧法处理玉米深加工废水,总处理水量为11159 m^3/d,第一类废水共计约6,261 m^3/d,COD为9000~9500mg/L;第二类废水共计约4,898 m^3/d,COD为2000~2500 mg/L。废水处理后pH=6.0~9.5,COD<300 mg/L,NH3-N<15 mg/L,TP<5 mg/L,SS<250 mg/L,BOD<200 mg/L,达到污水排入城镇下水道水质标准(CJ_343-2010)。
The corn wastewater from deep processing was treated with high efficiency anaerobic reaction+tower aerobic, the total volume of wastewater is 1159 m3/d, the first type of wastewater totals about 6,261 m3/d, and the COD is 9000~9500 mg/L; The total amount of the second type of wastewater is about 4,898 m3/d, and the COD is 2000~2500 mg/L.
