2017年海宁市空气质量调查与评价

摘要 本研究旨在通过对海宁市2017年间空气质量的监测和评价,为海宁市空气质量改善提供数据支持和参考依据。通过对SO2、NO2、PM10和PM2.5等指标的监测,采用单因子评价法和AQI指数等评价法分别对大气环境进行评价。研究结果表明2017年海宁市SO2、NO2、PM10和PM2.5年平均值分别为0.014、0.031、0.070和0.041mg/m3,其中SO2和NO2满足《环境空气质量标准》GB3095-2012的一级标准,PM10满足其二级标准,但PM2.5未达标。四项常规监测项目年均浓度同比2016年均有下降趋势。2017年海宁市一级优天气50天,二级良天气237天,三及三级以下天气76天。其中空气优良天数287天,占全年总天数的79.1%,较2016年环境空气质量优良率下降1.8%。 This study aims to provide data support and reference for air quality improvement of Haining by monitoring and evaluating of air quality in 2017. In order to evaluate the air quality, five indexes were monitored, including SO2, NO2, PM10 as well as PM2.5. The evaluation methods of the single factor evaluation method and the air quality index method were used. The results indicated that the average annual concentration of SO2, NO2, PM10 and PM2.5 in 2017 were 0.014, 0.031, 0.070 and 0.041 mg/m3, respectively. The average annual concentration of SO2 and NO2 have reached the environmental air quality primary standard, and the average annual concentration of PM10 also have met its secondary standard, but the average annual concentration of PM2.5 was not up to the standard. The average annual concentration of the four routine monitoring indexes were decreased compared to that in 2016. There were 50 days of first-level fine weather and 237 days of second-level good weather. Besides, there were 76 days in grade there and below in Haining during 2017. The number of fine days was 287, accounting for 79.1 % of the total days of the year, which was dropped 1.8 % compared to 2016.
