摘要
对固体废物中总氮含量的测定方法进行了研究。采用GBW07460(ASA-9)土壤标准物质以及不同含氮量的固体废物样品,用滴定法和气相分子吸收光谱法分别测定总氮后;进一步对气相分子吸收光谱法测定总氮的消解试验参数进行优化,并对优化前后的测定结果进行比较。结果表明,两种测定方法间的精密度与准确度均无显著性差异;可见,气相分子吸收光谱法适用于测定固体废物中的总氮。
The determination method of total nitrogen in solid waste was studied. The soil standard material GBW07460 (ASA-9) and solid waste samples with different nitrogen contents were used to determine total nitrogen by titration method and gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry, and the parameters of digestion test of total nitrogen determination by gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry were optimized. The results before and after optimization were compared. The results showed that there was no significant difference in precision and accuracy between the two methods, and that gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry was suitable for the determination of total nitrogen in solid waste.
