指导化工设计基础设计的心得体会

Experience of Guiding the Basic Design of Chemical Engineering Design

化工设计是综合运用化工各专业知识完成一个生产工艺路线的过程。要做好化工设计工作,需要扎实的化工专业知识和能力。我院化工专业大三学生要在两周时间里完成一个化工设计基础设计。本文作者结合指导学生设计的实践,从设计之前的准备工作、物料衡算、热量衡算、计算机应用能力等方面着手,论述了指导化工设计工作的心得体会。希望由此改进指导工作的针对性,更好的做好设计工作。

Chemical engineering design is a process of using chemical engineering expertise to complete a production process. To do a good job in chemical engineering design, we need solid knowledge and ability in chemical engineering. The junior students of chemical engineering in our college will complete a chemical engineering design foundation in two weeks. The author combines the practice of guiding the design work of the students, from the preparatory work before the design, material balance, heat balance, computer application ability and so on, the experience of guiding the work of chemical engineering design is discussed. It is hoped that this will improve the pertinence of the guiding work and make the design work better.
