Welding Treatment of 12Cr2AlMoV Steel

本文从探讨12Cr2Al Mo V钢焊接性入手,重点分析了该钢种焊接接头对冷裂纹的敏感性、焊接接头硬度特征及再热裂纹倾向等三个方面的问题。针对该钢种焊接过程中存在的问题,制定了行之有效的工艺措施,经焊接工艺评定合格后,成功地完成了该种材料的焊接。

On the basis of the weld-ability of 12 Cr2 Al Mo V steel, this paper focused on the following three related aspects： the sensitivity of the welded joint of 12 Cr2 Al Mo V steel on cold crack, the hardness characteristics of the welded joint and the tendency of reheat cracking. Aimed at existing problems of this steel in the welding process, technological measures were set up effectively. After qualification of welding process, the welding treatment of this steel has been completed successfully.
