摘要
本文提出了一种估计总体均值的双重抽样方案 ,第一相样本其指标值是粗估得到的含有误差数据 ,但调查费用是廉价的 ,第二相样本采用精确量测方法得到其指标真值 ,费用较昂 ,故容量较小 ,得到的结果表明在调查费用固定下 ,本文方法优于单一简单随机抽样方案 。
A kind of double (or two phase) sampling scheme is proposed for estimating the population.The first phase sample consists of data on rough measurements of interested variables,with the size being large yet the survey cost for each sampled individual being low.The second phase sample consists of data on exact measurements,with the size being small but the cost for exact measurement of each unit being much more expensive than that for the rough measurement.Results obtained show that this method is superior to the commonly used single and simple random sampling method on codition that the survey cost is fixed.Qualitative analysis has also been made on conditions for implementation of the proposed scheme.
