摘要 近年来,果树学研究的重点已经转向果实品质的形成和调控,果实中糖分的含量在很大程度上影响着果实的品质。在大多数植物中,蔗糖是光合产物的主要运输物质,它通过韧皮部及转运蛋白由光合组织叶(源)向非光合组织(库)转运,因此蔗糖的转运在很大程度上影响果实的品质。蔗糖转运蛋白在蔗糖转运过程中起着关键性作用。 In recent years,the formation and regulation of fruit quality has become an import research field in pomology. Sugar components are one of elements comprising fruit quality. In most plants,sucrose is the primary organic carbon that is translocated through phloem and transportprotein from photosynthetic leaves(source) into non-photosynthetic tissues(sink). The transportation of sucrose in fruit is central to the fruit quality.The sucrose transporters play a key role in the transportation of sucrose.
