阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)是一种常见的睡眠呼吸性疾病,近年来发病率不断增加。多导睡眠监测是诊断OSAHS的金标准,但检查过程复杂,费用较高,临床应用受限。便携式多导睡眠监测系统具有操作简单、经济便捷等优势,在OSHAS诊断中的作用得到越来越多的关注。本文就便携式多导睡眠监测系统在OSAHS应用中的研究进展作一综述。

Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） is one of the common sleep-disordered respiratory diseases, and the incidence has increased in recent years.
