摘要
氨酰-tRNA合成酶(aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase,ARS)广泛存在于生物体中,负责催化tRNA的羟基与其同源氨基酸的羧基发生酯化反应生成氨酰-tRNA,为蛋白质合成提供原料。ARS不仅可调控蛋白质合成,还参与调节细胞生长、分化,细胞因子活性,RNA剪接和血管生成,进一步调控肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡、转移等。本文就ARS在恶性肿瘤中表达及作用的研究进展作一综述。
Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase (ARS) is widely distributed in organisms, responsible for catalyzing the esterification of the hydroxyl group of tRNA with the carboxyl group of its homologous amino acid to form aminoacyl t- RNA, which provides protein synthesis. ARS can not only regulate protein synthesis, but also participate in cell growth, differentiation, cytokine activity, RNA splicing and angiogenesis, and further regulate the proliferation, apoptosis and metastasis of tumor cells. This paper reviews the research progress of the expression and role of ARS in malignant tumors.
