摘要 以浙江某石英型萤石矿作为研究对象,针对该矿石中石英为主要脉石矿物的性质,采用酸化水玻璃为抑制剂,JD-850为捕收剂,pH调整剂采用碳酸钠,经一粗一扫六精,中矿顺序返回闭路试验流程,得到萤石品位97.86%,回收率87.14%,SiO_2含量达0.99%,CaCO_3含量0.12%的萤石精矿,精矿品质达质量标准FC-97B级品,为该矿的开发提供了技术参考。 Taking a Quartz-type fluorite ore in Zhejiang Province as the research object, aiming at the propertiesof quartz as the main gangue mineral in the ore, acidified sodium silicate as inhibitor, JD-850 as collector, sodiumcarbonate as pH regulator, six concentrates were scavenged after one roughness, and the intermediate ore wassequentially returned to the closed-circuit test process. The fluorite grade was 97.86% and the recovery was87.14%. The fluorite concentrate with SiO2 content of 0.99% and CaCO3 content of 0.12% is of quality grade FC-97B grade, and provides a technical reference for development the mine.
