摘要
粉末冶金具有独特的物理、化学和机械性质,因此被视为研发新材料的重要途径。其中,高速压制致密化是粉末冶金技术中的重要外延,可实现高效率、高密度的多重压制效果,极大地满足了中小型设备生产大型非标制品的能力。本文通过概述此技术的基本原理,探讨其应用并指明该技术存在的问题,展望未来发展趋势。
Powder metallurgy has unique physical, chemical and mechanical properties, so it is regarded as animportant way to develop new materials. Among them, high-speed compaction is an important extension of powdermetallurgy technology, can achieve high-efficiency, high-density multi-suppression effect, greatly meet the smalland medium-sized equipment production of large non-standard products. By summarizing the basic principles ofthis technology, this paper discusses its application and indicates the problems existing in this technology, andlooks forward to the future development trend.
