摘要
目的:了解普通高校大学生肺功能状况及相关因素对其产生的影响,为试验研究体育课对大学生肺功能的影响提供翔实准确的数据支撑。使用日本捷斯特肺通气功能检测仪对435名大学生的肺功能状况进行了调查,运用单因素方差分析比较不同性别、年龄学生群体的肺功能状况,并用多元回归分析法建立多元线性回归方程式,探讨身高和体重对肺功能的影响程度。结果表明:男生多数肺功能指标优于女生,具有非常显著性差异;随年龄增长男、女生大多数肺通气功能指标呈下降趋势,但差异并不显著;男、女生的肺活量、用力肺活量、1s用力呼气量与身高和体重均呈正相关,体重对男生1s用力呼气量有影响,身高对女生肺功能有持续影响,说明身高和体重对于大学生肺功能的影响具有参考意义。
Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of lung function of university students Methods: Tests of 435 university students were performed using the pulmonary ventilation function of Japan just type HI-101 detector. With the growth of the age, most indices of lung function of boys and girls are decline The vital capacity, forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume in 1 second of boys and girls are positively correlated with height and weight. Weight has an effect on forced expiratory volume in 1 second of the boys. Height has lasting effects on lung function. That has the reference significance of height and weight on lung function of university Students
